Balinese and Indonesian cuisine is wonderful. If you hesitate to eat from
the kaki lima (food carts) or hotel style Indonesian food is not appealing,
then this will be a great treat.
Prepared by our chef and staff this is Balinese and Indonesian cooking at its best. A variety of dishes will ensure that you have the opportunity to experience this great culinary style.
And in celebration of this festive occasion a small gamelan orchestra and Balinese dance troupe will provide entertainment for the night
jimbaran seafood night . . . for 2 to 12 people
Jimbaran Bay is Bali’s famous seafood haunt where you can sit on the
beach while seafood is BBQ for you.
Modeled on this great tradition, our chef will prepare a selection of the best and freshest local seafood using our BBQ to create a feast of seafood delicacies - all this in the privacy of your own villa.
This fabulous night will hum along to the gentle rhythm of the kendang, the drums of Bali.
