payments & cancellations
* A deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received within 7 days of
the initial booking to confirm the reservation.
* Low Season bookings - Final payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
or immediately if the booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
* High Season bookings - Final payment is required 60 days prior to arrival
or immediately if the booking is made less than 60 days prior to arrival.
* Deposits and final payments are non-refundable, however, the reservation
may be shifted to another 'same season' period within the following twelve
months, subject to availability.
insurance and waivers
Travel insurance must be taken out in your home country. A waiver of liability
form must be signed on arrival at the villa.
